1) When do you start working on my logo?
We will start working on your logo as soon as your payment is confirmed by our CC processor.

2) How long does it take before I can see the intial logo design concepts?
The design process of the initial logo concepts takes no more than 3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

3) How can I see my samples?
After receiving payment confirmation we will create an account for you on our Development Area where you will be able to view all the samples and communicate with the designers during entire design process.

4) How many revisions may I ask for my logo?
We will keep changing your chosen logo until you are 100% satisfied.

5) What if I don't like any of the initial design concepts?
You will be presented with additional unique logo variations.

6) Can you redesign my existing logo?
Yes. You will have specify in our additional comments section on the application form that you want your logo redesigned. After your personal account is created on our development website, you will be able to upload it for the design team.

7) Do you make logos for products, titles, or names?
Yes, we create any type of graphic identity.

8) Who keeps the rights of the logo?
All the rights of the logos we create for our customers belong to our customers.

9) What software do you use to create the logo?
Our designers work with multiple software applications, mostly Macromedia Freehand MX.

10) What files will I get at the end of the project?
Once you approve the final design you will receive a download link for your Logo Kit with the following file types: 1) WEB optimized files: *.GIF 72dpi, *.JPG 72dpi; 2) VECTOR resizable files for printing: *.AI, *.FH; 3) HIGH-RESOLUTION image: *.TIFF 300dpi.

11) Will you provide me with scalable vector files?
Yes, we provide you with scalable vector files. These files can be resized without loosing any quality on your image.

12) What is the difference between the logo design packages?
The main difference between STANDARD and the EXTENDED package is the number of initial unique logo design concepts. The ULTRA package also includes stationary designs (business cards, envelope and letterhead) besides the increased number of initial unique logo design concepts.

13) How many designers work at The Perfect Logo?
We have a design team of 5 high class professional designers. There are at least two designers working on each project.

14) Which of the payment methods do you accept, and which don't?
We accept all the major credit card: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery. We do not accept company checks, money orders or wire transfers.
